Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Innovendra Spark (the "Service"), provided by Innovendra LLC ("Innovendra", "we", "us"), a company organized in the United States. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Subscription and billing

  • The Service costs US$90 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Applicable sales taxes may be added.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email.

3. AI-generated content - no validation, no advice

Idea suggestions and validation drafts are generated by artificial intelligence. They are unvalidated suggestions, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not constitute business, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on them.

4. Your content

You own the content you enter and the results saved in your account. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your content at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to generate harmful content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVENDRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Innovendra LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
