Innovendra LLC ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use Innovendra Spark and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and sign-in method.
- Content: the ideas, inputs, and validation notes you create.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and the last digits of your card, never full card numbers.
- Support data: messages you send to support.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the Service secure and running.
How we use information
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Your content is sent to an AI model provider only to generate the suggestions you request. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted processors for hosting, authentication, AI processing, and payments (Stripe). They may only process data on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete projects at any time, and request account deletion by emailing support@innovendra.com. Billing records may be retained as required by law.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information, and may opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Send requests to support@innovendra.com.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation so only you can access your projects.
